Practical programmes that improve everyday access.
To support underserved communities in Ghana through practical programmes that improve access to education, healthcare, clean water, youth development, and community wellbeing.
Heart to Heart Ghana Foundation
Heart to Heart Ghana Foundation began in 2019 when a group of students and friends chose to help where they could, with what they had. Today, we support communities in Ghana through education, welfare outreach, health-related support, and practical community action.
About the foundation
Heart to Heart began when a group of friends, most of them students at the time, chose to help individuals and groups in society in whatever small way they could.
